• All sales are final.
• No refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with reading content, technical issues, or cancellations.
• Payments for readings that have been scheduled but not attended by the customer will not be refunded.
• Readings that are interrupted due to connection issues or other technical problems will not be refunded.

• No guarantees are made regarding the accuracy, reliability, or outcomes of any reading.

• The 20-minute reading time begins at the scheduled appointment time, regardless of when you connect.
